Disclosures
Transparency is a non-negotiable standard for me. From the moment I began sharing my work publicly, I’ve maintained a clear position: any potential conflict of interest—real or perceived—should be disclosed in full. This isn’t just best practice; it’s foundational to credibility. Unfortunately, it’s also uncommon.
What follows is a regularly updated list of companies in which I have (i) a financial stake and/or (ii) an advisory relationship, past or present. I include only those that intersect meaningfully with the work I publish or the domains I operate in.
Note: I do not list passive investments in companies unrelated to my areas of influence or expertise.

Answers to your most pressing questions:
Q. Do you participate in affiliate marketing?
No. I do not engage in affiliate marketing or receive compensation tied to sales performance.
I’ve never accepted—and will never accept—kickbacks, referral payments, or “affiliate commissions” for products I mention. When I speak about a product, it’s because I use it personally and believe in its value. I do not accept free products in exchange for reviews, nor do I accept retroactive compensation when a company sees that I’ve mentioned them favorably.
Q. Are you compensated for product endorsements?
No. I do not receive compensation for endorsing products or services—whether via sponsorships, paid partnerships, or promotional agreements.
If I mention a product from a company I’ve invested in or advised, it’s done entirely at my discretion and without financial incentive. I intentionally decline any arrangement that would compromise, or appear to compromise, the objectivity of my recommendations.
Q. Do you allow others to use your name or likeness?
Only in rare, explicitly approved cases.
I do not authorize third-party advertising using my name, image, brand, or likeness. My team monitors for violations and actively pursues legal recourse when false endorsements or unauthorized use occurs. If you encounter such misuse, please report it to us directly.
Q. Do you run ads on your site, newsletter, or podcast?
No. All platforms associated with my work are ad-free.
I believe in maintaining editorial independence, free from the distortions of advertiser influence. Revenue to support ongoing content, product development and research is generated exclusively through direct subscriptions from members who receive expanded access to premium material.
